Product information, stock and technical guidance
We aim to keep product descriptions, sizes, quantities and suitability notes accurate. However, irrigation products must be selected with care, and final suitability depends on pressure, pipe size, jointing method, water conditions and site requirements. A product listed on the website does not guarantee immediate availability, and stock may change without notice.
Advice shared through the enquiry form, telephone follow-up or order support is given in good faith. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the chosen fittings, tools and accessories match the intended application before installation.

Orders, pricing and payment
Orders may be placed through the enquiry form and are subject to confirmation, stock review and pricing at the time of supply. We may request additional details where needed to verify quantities, delivery point or product match.
Prices shown or quoted are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change because of supplier changes, transport costs or stock movement. Any quotation remains valid only for the period stated on that quotation, or if no period is stated, for a reasonable time.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, stock issue, account problem or incomplete order information.
Delivery, collection and risk
PVC Welders supplies from Ladanna, Polokwane and arranges deliveries across Limpopo, including Mokopane, Tzaneen, Hoedspruit, Lephalale and Thohoyandou, as well as courier dispatch nationwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by road conditions, load-shedding, weather, supplier delays or courier schedules.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order is collected, handed to a nominated courier, or delivered to the agreed address. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report any visible damage, shortages or incorrect items as soon as possible.
- Provide accurate delivery instructions and a valid contact person for handover.
- Allow for possible delays during peak farming periods or public holidays.
- Where applicable, make sure access points are suitable for truck delivery or courier off-load.
Returns, cancellations and incorrect goods
Because many items are supplied for specific irrigation applications, returns are handled with care. Unused goods may be considered for return only if they are in original condition, complete, and suitable for resale. Opened solvent-weld products, damaged packaging or specially ordered items may not qualify for return.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us through the enquiry form without delay so that we can assess the problem and advise on the next step. Cancellations may be accepted before dispatch, but once stock has left our premises or a courier point, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customer responsibility and safe installation
Our products are intended for use by competent persons who understand irrigation assembly and safe handling. Customers must follow accepted installation practice, including correct pipe preparation, solvent application, curing time and pressure testing before putting a system into service. Poor installation can cause leaks, joint failure and water loss.
You are responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals or compliance checks required by your project, farm, estate, contractor agreement or local municipal rules. PVC Welders does not accept responsibility for losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, unapproved alterations or operation outside the product’s intended purpose.

All text, images, product lists and other material on this website belong to PVC Welders or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal or business purchasing purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse content without written permission.
