Careers

Working with us means supporting irrigation projects that must keep moving in heat, dust and load-shedding. We look for people who are practical, steady and ready to help farmers, landscapers and contractors across Limpopo.

Careers

A workplace built around real field work

PVC Welders is based in Ladanna, Polokwane, and our day-to-day work is shaped by irrigation needs on farms, estates, municipal jobs and contractor sites. The team handles product selection, stock checks, courier coordination and advice on solvent-weld fittings, so the work is hands-on and customer focused.

We hire people who can stay organised, work with care and understand that a wrong fitting or delayed order can slow down a whole irrigation run. You do not need to know every product on day one, but you do need a solid work ethic, good judgement and the willingness to learn.

Roles we often recruit for

Our team includes sales, technical, logistics and customer support functions. Depending on the business need, we may look for people who can manage enquiries, assist with order planning or help move stock accurately from branch base to delivery point.

  • Sales support for product selection and quantity checks
  • Technical assistance with jointing advice and troubleshooting help
  • Logistics and dispatch support for regional delivery and courier packing
  • Customer support for follow ups, repeat orders and after sales service
  • Branch coordination and stock reserving for farm and contractor orders

What helps you fit in here

We work with farmers, landscapers and contractors who need clear answers, not guesswork. People who fit in well are calm under pressure, honest about what they know and comfortable handling practical requests across Limpopo and nationwide.

  • Good communication and tidy record keeping
  • Comfort with stock lists, measurements and order details
  • Respect for deadlines and delivery schedules
  • Ability to work with a team across sales, support and logistics
  • Interest in irrigation systems and outdoor supply work

Because our products are used outdoors, sometimes in hot conditions and near water, accuracy matters. A careful person who takes pride in getting the small things right will usually do well here.

How we support learning on the job

New team members are shown how our products are used, how to match fittings to the right application and how to support customers who are planning a new line or replacing parts on an existing system. We also explain the practical side of courier dispatch, regional delivery and contractor accounts.

There is room to build knowledge over time, especially if you are willing to learn from the technical advisor, sales team and logistics staff. We value people who ask sensible questions and then apply the answer properly, because that saves time for both us and the client.

Where your work may touch the business

Our operations cover Ladanna Base, the Polokwane Supply Area, Mokopane Deliveries, Tzaneen Deliveries, Hoedspruit Supply Runs, Lephalale Service Area, Thohoyandou Coverage and Nationwide Couriers. That means a role here can involve local follow up or coordination for stock moving further afield.

Depending on the position, you may help with stock reserving, farm order planning, quantity checks or repeat order support. Some days are quiet and some are busy, so being dependable matters. We need people who can keep pace when several orders come in at once and still keep details accurate.
